LEARNING MODULE 1 — Document Your First Playbook
Level 6 - Strategist
Get Started:
• Pick the AI process that has saved you the most time so far — something you now do routinely with AI’s help
• Write it as a one-page playbook: title, purpose, inputs, step-by-step instructions, success criteria, and common pitfalls. Keep it to one page — that limit is the discipline
• Add a “before and after” example to the playbook: show what the raw input actually looks like, and what the finished AI output should look like
• A playbook with a real before/after example is teachable. A playbook without one is just notes to yourself
Learning Module Checklist:
☐ Picked the AI process that has saved me the most time
☐ Wrote it as a one-page playbook: title, purpose, inputs, steps, success criteria, pitfalls
☐ Kept it to one page
☐ Added a real before/after example showing actual input and actual output
Translate this to your topic:
Same playbook discipline for any process you’ve built a habit around — a recurring report, a repeated piece of correspondence, a regular planning task. Title, purpose, inputs, steps, success criteria, pitfalls, one real before/after example.

When you’re done, upload or paste your work into your AI tool and ask: “Please review my work. Tell me: (1) what I did well, (2) what I could improve, and (3) one suggestion for next time.” Then ask a follow-up question about anything that didn’t click.
