• Design a customer or client thank-you generator for your business. Define the inputs (customer name, what they purchased or engaged you for, amount or scope, prior relationship history) and the output (a 150-word personalized thank-you message ready to send)
• Prototype the tool with three realistic scenarios
• Test the outputs and refine the prompt at least three times
• Notice the difference between your first version and your third
