You’ve learned to think alongside AI — asking follow-ups, stress-testing ideas, catching bad answers. Level 4 is about something quieter but just as important: managing the conversation itself. You’ll learn when a chat has gone stale, how to build reusable context so you’re not re-explaining yourself every time, and how to set up tools that remember what matters.
Long meetings rarely produce their best decisions in the final hour. AI sessions are the same. Knowing when to call it and start fresh with a clean agenda is a senior skill — and it’s what this level is about.
WHY THIS LEVEL MATTERS
Human Skill in Focus: Social Awareness
Social awareness is the skill of reading the room. With AI, the “room” is the chat session itself — how cluttered it is, how stale, how much of the context is helping versus hurting. Senior professionals manage meetings, not just attend them. At this level, you manage AI sessions, not just participate in them.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Recognize when a chat session has become cluttered, contradictory, or stale.
• Build “context briefs” — short, reusable setups for new conversations.
• Use Claude Projects, ChatGPT Custom GPTs, or similar features to persist context.
• Practice responsible context scoping: what to share, what to redact, what never to paste.
CURRICULUM TOPICS
• What a context window is: AI can only “see” so many words at a time in a conversation — once you exceed that, older parts get pushed out and the AI starts to forget.
• Token limits in plain language.
• Symptoms of context drift: repetition, contradictions, forgotten instructions, sudden mistakes.
• Building a reusable “context brief” template.
• Using Claude Projects, ChatGPT Custom GPTs, and Memory features safely.
• Privacy and data-handling for client and customer work.
BY THE END OF LEVEL 4, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
• Recognize when a chat session has become cluttered, contradictory, or stale, and know when to start fresh
• Build a reusable context brief for a workflow or role in under 150 words
• Set up and use a persistent Project or Custom GPT for real, recurring work
• Practice responsible context scoping — know what to share, what to redact, what never to paste
• Carry forward the key context from a long chat into a fresh one without losing momentum
