LEARNING MODULE 6 — Build Your Prompt Library
Get Started:
• Create a document with at least seven reusable prompts for work you do often — for example: a status-update draft, a process or policy explainer, a client or customer thank-you message, an internal or client-facing memo, a payment or deadline reminder, a follow-up request for missing information, and a recurring check-in message
• Each entry should have a clear name, the full prompt, and one example output
• Take one of those seven prompts and set it up as a saved custom instruction or “Project” (from Module 1) so it’s ready to reuse without retyping it each time
• Test the saved setup on a real request
Get feedback on this module:
When you're done, upload or paste your work into your AI tool and ask:
“Please review my work. Tell me: (1) what I did well, (2) what I could improve, and (3) one suggestion for next time.”
Then ask a follow-up question about anything that didn't click.
Learning Module Checklist:
